We all have emotions, thoughts, and experience things that impact our mental health. We all have different levels of wellness that can always be worked on. My holistic approach recognizes you as a whole person; a person who is deeply impacted by every element of your life. Opening up to someone (me) about yourself can feel super vulnerable, and mental health can often feel really helpless + confusing. I am here to teach you, motivate you, listen to you + help you navigate all the messiness that life smacks us with.
This is not therapy. I started a coaching practice because coaching has less limitations than therapy for *most clients, even though I do have my Masters in Social Work.

When shit is hitting the fan, when you need a boost, need to organize, need direction, need worksheets + journaling + need to find balance, feeling lost, uncertain, angry, confused ALL THE FEELINGS ..... realign with a session.
